Planning Proposal for an environmental living / rural residential master plan scheme for part of the Campbelltown LGA Scenic Hills.
The Planning Proposal facilitates 52 rural residential lots ranging from 5,000sqm to 3ha supported by an open space strategy which provides public access to the Scenic Hills and protection and public ownership of a 30ha conservation reserve.
The Planning Proposal is supported by a Planning Agreement with Council which sets out arrangements for dedication of open space and conservation lands to Council.
