Preparation of a Planning Proposal subsequent development application to the City of Sydney for the renewal of existing social housing to deliver 75 social housing dwellings.
The project undertook an inhouse design competition and delivered two eight storey residential towers and a three storey terrace building designed by Johnson Pilton Walker.
FPD Planning provided upfront planning advice, prepared the planning proposal and the Statement of Environmental Effects for the Development Application
