Preparation of a Planning Proposal and Development Application on behalf of Homes NSW for the Glebe Mid Rise Social Housing Project.
The project has delivered social housing renewal of 19 social housing townhouses to deliver 80 new social housing apartments to meet significant local demand and exemplify how a mid-rise development can be sensitively inserted into an established inner city urban environment.
